The Express Lane Advisor is responsible for maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction scores. The ideal candidate will be a hard-worker, committed to excellence with a focus on customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

Your daily duties will include:

  • Greet oil change customers in a professional, friendly manner

  • Offer appropriate services and repairs with oil changes

  • Handle minor customer complaints and resolve customers concerns

  • Liaison between the customer and quick lube technician

  • Detailed invoicing and billing of customer work orders

  • Advise customers of upcoming maintenance service requirements


Qualifications

  • Applicants with previous Service Advisor experience and knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP will be given preference.
