On June 3rd I was happy to pick up my new Highlander Limited 2010 at Heninger Toyota in Calgary, and I just would like to take a couple of minutes to recognize the support and guidance provided by two of your employees through the process: Mr. Carlos Melendez (Product Advisor) and Mr. Lee Serban (Business Manager).
Mr. Melendez was very thorough in all of his explanations regarding the vehicle features, purchase plans, etc. and I was completely satisfied with his support, he certainly drove my positive decision. Likewise, Mr. Serban did not leave a single question unanswered and provided all of the clarifications and data I needed to happily close the deal. Heninger Toyota should be proud of having employees like them.

Recently I had the privilege of completing the Toyota Purchase Satisfaction Survey for Mr. Leung, Ms. Zhu and Mr. Serban. I thought I would share some of the highlights/feedback of my experience with Heninger Toyota;
In my search for a new vehicle I visited three different Toyota dealerships and Heninger Toyota's Product Advisor Elaine Zhu understood the product best. Elaine was able to intuitively understand my wants and needs and we wasted little time on positional bargaining, the focus being on interest based bargaining instead. The product was delivered consistently from inception to the time I accepted delivery of my new vehicle. My expectations were surpassed through the entire process. In addition, the Business Manager, Lee Serben, was able to answer all my questions in detail, adding to my level of comfort during the process. Lee was also able to provide me with detailed explanations of the Toyota Extra Care Protection Plan and allowed me to remove some of the accessories (bug deflector and floor mats) from the lease without hesitation. I did not feel pressured during the process but instead felt comfortable and engaged.
In addition, Toyota Canada elected to change the new grad rebate from $1,000 to $500 for 2011. Lee and Elaine were able to ensure the promise was honoured. This is a positive signal to me that Heninger Toyota is being run with integrity and honesty, something that will be worth much more than $500 to Toyota in the long run.
