I had an excellent experience with purchasing a vehicle recently at Heninger Toyota. Chris Woo was wonderful in arranging with very short notice for me to see a vehicle I saw online, then arranging for it to be inspected by my mechanic, and in negotiating a fair price. Really appreciated the ease of his communication. I felt very comfortable asking questions and making requests. Chris delivered on all my requests and was excellent about keeping me updated. Ken Huang was also excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, describing the features both in the lot and during the test drive. Really appreciated that Ken took the extra time when I returned to pick up the vehicle to go over the features one last time. Thanks so much!

We had a really great experience buying a vehicle from Heninger Toyota. Anne Reyes was helpful, informative, and went above and beyond to help us with our needs. This is definitely top notch dealership if you are looking to buy or lease a Toyota. I received fantastic service from Justin Yang - no pressure, no hassle, lots of information, very easy going and helpful. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. Elaine Zhu was amazing - she has a great personality and is very easy going; she ensured I was educated in all the options and plans available and was very efficient in finalizing all the financial paperwork. Elaine, Justin and the Heninger team ensured all the vehicle transfer information was completed on time so delivery of the new vehicle was not delayed. The pickup of my vehicle was too easy! I will also like to mention that their service department is great - They not only take care of all the issues you may have, but they also make sure you leave satisfied that all your issues have been addressed! I will re-iterate, Heninger is the Toyota dealership that should be on your speed-dial!

Been shopping around for a new SUV for a long time, stopped in at Heninger Toyota, first off great selection of vehicles!! I worked with Chris Woo. Absolutely fantastic to deal with, no pressure sales, great visibility with the numbers, really felt like he was trying to get you the best deal, and just came across an really good guy. Haven’t been impressed with many of the dealerships I’ve been in, but this visit was great!! We were able to close a deal very quickly and I’ve come away feeling like I’ve really got a great deal!! Definitely the kind of guy you want to continue working with on future car deals and I will definitely be referring Chris and the dealership to friends and family. I highly recommend Chris Woo and Justin Yang at Heninger Toyota! Best experience I’ve ever had buying a used/new car. I never felt any pressure to pick one model over the other and all my questions were answered, and trust me I had a ton! Chris and Justin were always smiling and friendly, felt like they were part of the family! Upon delivery, Garth Bailey took the time to explain every feature of my new car to me!
