Reporting to the Assistant Service Manager, the Lead Lube Technician Team is responsible for overseeing our Lube Technicians team.


  • Oversee, coach, performance manage Lube Technicians team
  • Ensure an efficient flow of work through the lube bays.
  • Complete all work in accordance with the applicable safety requirements and published procedures
  • Document services and repairs completed by making appropriate notes showing "condition, cause, and remedy"

  • Attend training courses as directed by service management

Heninger Toyota is looking for our next Business Development Specialist, this role reports to the BDC Manager,

The Business Development Specialists will spend their time collecting customer information from every channel: internet, web chat, and inbound phone calls. You'll also improve customer retention with after-sale follow-ups (eg. birthdays, purchase anniversaries).

With guidance from your new manager, you'll also perform database mining tasks and contribute to targeted marketing campaigns.

Body Shop Receptionist

Heninger Collision Center is looking for an experienced CSR/Receptionist to join a strong team working within a company with a great culture. Previous industry experience will be an asset and preference will be given to those candidates. Automotive Detailer

Reporting to the Assistant Service Manager, the Automotive Detailer is responsible for high attention to detail and quality of work.

Expansion of our detail department will further open career advancement opportunities for motivated individuals. Many of our detail crew have gone on to successful careers in our Parts and Service departments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Cleans vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by washing equipment
  • Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body
  • Vacuum, shampoo, add air freshener and clean vehicle interior (some stain removal may be required)
  • Inspect body and refinish repairs for deficiencies that may impact the quality of the delivery process; advise production supervisor as required
  • Perform basic maintenance checks: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
  • Maintains quality service by following Assured quality standards, conducting final inspections and correcting deficiencies
  • The shop is to be kept clean by sweeping and daily emptying of garbage containers
  • Maintain a clean and orderly production area throughout the workday, ensuring a final clean up at the end of the day
  • Continuously learns new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay updated with rapidly changing automotive technology
  • Works in accordance with the daily production schedule


  • A clean, valid driver's license is a must along able to drive a manual transmission.

Inventory Specialist (Sales Lot Attendant)

Reporting to the Assistant Manager Inventory Control, the Inventory Specialist will responsible for managing and maintaining the dealership parking lot.


  • Maintains the cleanliness of the lot and showroom areas.
  • Liaising with the Delivery Specialist to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick-ups.
  • Plating and gassing up vehicles as required.
  • Compares serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice.
  • Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
  • Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.
  • Parks vehicles in assigned areas.
  • Catalogs and stores keys.
  • Assigns stock control numbers to cars.
  • Update systems with invoicing.
  • Moves sold vehicles to maximize the use of space and keep the lot in order.
  • Delivers sold vehicles to the detail department.
  • Drive vehicles to or from the company's garage, rotate cars in the dealership lot, and picks up/drop off cars for customers.
  • Clean, remove and shovel snow from cars.
  • Notify the supervisor or appropriate technician when you notice parts of the car that require repair or replacement.
