Heninger Toyota has an opening for one highly qualified salesperson. The candidate must be a high achiever with a proven track record in import vehicle sales success. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure that our guests receive a professional experience that exceeds their past experiences and their present expectations.

  • Maintain effective follow-up with both sold and prospective guests.

YOUR CAPABILITIES AND CREDENTIALS
  • At least two years of automotive sales experience.
  • A willingness to strive to put our customers first!
  • Comfortable using social media platforms.
  • Comfortable doing follow-ups with customers.
  • Pro in shooting a video of doing a walk-around on a vehicle that a customer inquired about.
  • Product knowledge and capabilities on the vehicles that you sell.
  • A willingness to work within a process-driven culture!
  • Experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A valid Alberta driver's license.
  • Second language is not necessary, however, it would be considered an asset.

BDC SUPERVISOR

This position is responsible for supervising the Business Development Centre in our Service Department.  This includes supervising a team of appointment coordinators, receptionists, and shuttle drivers. 

As the BDC Supervisor, you are responsible for all things customer service, as well as marketing campaigns, and other ways to drive business in our Service Centre.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Supervising a team of appointment coordinators, who handle all of the service department's inbound and outbound communications
  • Support the team of appointment coordinators by answering questions, and handling complex situations
  • Schedule vehicle service appointments from regular vehicle maintenance, to diagnostics and repairs, with the overall goal of customer satisfaction
  • Manage internal systems that are used for appointment booking, and the overall workflow of the department
  • Problem-solving and handling of customer service issues
  • Manage marketing campaigns, and other ways to drive business in our Service Centre
  • Coordinate with other departments in order to solve problems, and create an exceptional customer service experience
  • Various reporting and administrative duties
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills, in person, over the phone, and digitally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and similar applications
  • Comfortable having difficult conversations to solve complex problems and provide exceptional customer service
  • Self-directed and able to manage time well under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player who works well within an office environment
  • High attention to detail, while maintaining efficiency
  • Previous automotive experience and knowledge is an asset
  • Previous supervisor experience is an asset
  • Previous marketing/campaign experience is an asset.
