Product Advisor – Automotive Sales Professional

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that our guests receive a professional experience that exceeds their past experiences and their present expectations.

  • Maintain effective follow-up with both sold and prospective guests.

Your Capabilities & Credentials:

  • At least two years of automotive sales experience.
  • A willingness to strive to put our customers first!
  • Comfortable using social media platforms.
  • Comfortable doing follow-ups with customers.
  • Pro in shooting a video of doing a walk-around on a vehicle that a customer inquired about.
  • Product knowledge and capabilities on the vehicles that you sell.
  • A willingness to work within a process-driven culture!
  • Experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A valid Alberta driver’s license.
  • Second language is not necessary, however, it would be considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Additional pay: Commission pay

Automotive Service Technician

April 2025

We are looking for qualified journeyman technicians, technicians with previous Toyota training and certification is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities

  • Professionally service and/or repair customers’ and dealership vehicles.
  • Complete all work in accordance with the applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
  • Document services and repairs completed by making appropriate notes showing “condition, cause and remedy”.
  • Document additional needed repairs.
  • Maintain an inventory of standard automotive technician tools required to perform all services and repairs and which are not inventoried by the Dealership as “Special Service Tools”.
  • Utilize standard operating procedures to perform maintenance services as directed by service management.
  • Return customer’s vehicles as clean as or cleaner than they were prior to servicing.

Requirements

  • Journeyman, 3rd or 4th year apprentices.
  • Out of province certification would be an asset
  • Toyota certification would be an asset
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Own Tools/Equipment
  • Steel-toed work boots/shoes

Bodyshop Estimator – Heninger Collision Centre

Job summary | This position reports to the Collision Centre Manager.

Highlight of Responsibilities

  • Experience as an appraiser/estimator
  • Assess vehicle damage and create initial repair order estimates
  • Full collision repair knowledge
  • Comprehensive understanding of the collision repair process; estimating, parts management, insurance, etc.
  • Continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends and practices
  • Administrative duties related to file
  • Assisting with customer service and phones when required
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a damage estimator.
  • Experience in Audatex, Mitchell, Repair Center, RC Connect as well as Microsoft Office and Outlook Email.
  • Experience in automotive dealership management systems would be a benifit, but not required
  • Comprehensive knowledge on insurance industry practices
  • Reliable, hard-working, and ambitious
  • Positive, reliable and driven to provide exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

This position will offer a salary based on experience that will pay a premium to the most experienced candidate and includes a comprehensive benefit plan.

Auto Body Painter – Heninger Collision Centre

April 2025

  • Our collision center is looking to add an Auto body Detailer to the team.

    Reporting to our Collision Center Manager, the Auto body Painter responsibilities include.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sanding, masking, and cleaning vehicle surfaces before painting.
    • Filling and smoothing dents or scratches with body filler.
    • Mixing paint to match the vehicle’s original color.
    • Using computerized color-matching systems or manual techniques.
    • Applying primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using spray guns.
    • Painting entire vehicles or performing spot touch-ups.
    • Polishing and buffing painted surfaces to a smooth finish.
    • Removing masking materials and inspecting completed jobs.
    • Cleaning and maintaining spray booths, tools, and painting equipment.
    • Ensuring proper disposal of hazardous materials.
    • Inspecting final paint jobs for flaws or defects.
    • Ensuring paint finishes meet customer and industry standards.
    • Following workplace safety procedures and wearing proper PPE.
    • Complying with environmental regulations regarding paint and solvent use.
    • Coordinating with auto body technicians and estimators.
    • Communicating with supervisors about project status and timelines.

    Qualifications

    • A clean, valid driver’s license is a must, able to drive a manual transmission.
    • Able to work evenings and weekends.
    • A keen eye for detail and a desire to succeed.
    • Must work well in a team environment and still have the ability to work independently when required.

    Requirements

    • Autobody Pepper/ Painter experience: minimum 2 year
    • License: Class 5 Drivers License with the ability to drive manual transmission
    • Steel-toed work boots/shoes
    • Red Seal Certification would be an asset
