Shuttle Driver – Part Time

June 2025

Job Summary

Reporting to the Assistant Service Manager, this position will be responsible for picking up and dropping off customers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers who enter the service centre
  • Drive customers to their desired location; pick up customers to bring to the service centre
  • Oversee cleanliness and safety of waiting room, cafe and common areas.
  • Ensure coffee and tea supplies are replenished
  • Any other duties as may be required such as assisting the Lot Attendant Team

Skills and Qualifications

  • Class 4 Driver’s license with clean abstract is required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Display a friendly and professional approach to all customers and visitors
  • Highly organized and able to interact well with Customers and Dealership Staff
  • Capable of conversing with others pleasantly, clearly and effectively

Candidates that make it to the final stages of the recruitment process may be required to submit a driver’s abstract.

Service Centre Lot Attendant

June 2025

Reporting to the Assistant Service Manager, this position is responsible for the movement of customer vehicles and the cleanliness of the shop and other work areas.

Primary Responsibilities
● Moving and parking customer vehicles around the lot
● Washing customer vehicles after service work is completed
● Cleaning the drive thru and shop floors with automatic floor washer
● Oversee cleanliness of service building by emptying oil buckets, scrap metal, garbage cans, used oil filters, recycling etc.
● Ensure safety of service building by removing snow and salting high traffic areas when required
● Any other duties as may be required

Skills and Qualifications

● Class 5 Driver’s license with clean abstract required
● Ability to drive a manual transmission
● Physically demanding job with work both indoors and outdoors
● Display a friendly and professional approach to all customers and visitors
● Highly organized and able to self motivate
● Capable of conversing with others pleasantly, clearly and effectively
● Ability to work evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Your Capabilities & Credentials:

  • At least two years of automotive sales experience.

  • Comfortable using social media platforms.
  • Comfortable doing follow-ups with customers.
  • Pro in shooting a video of doing a walk-around on a vehicle that a customer inquired about.
  • Product knowledge and capabilities on the vehicles that you sell.
  • A willingness to work within a process-driven culture!
  • Experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A valid Alberta driver’s license.
  • Second language is not necessary, however, it would be considered an asset.

Automotive Service Technician

June 2025

We are looking for qualified journeyman technicians, technicians with previous Toyota training and certification is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities

  • Professionally service and/or repair customers’ and dealership vehicles.
  • Complete all work in accordance with the applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
  • Document services and repairs completed by making appropriate notes showing “condition, cause and remedy”.
  • Document additional needed repairs.
  • Maintain an inventory of standard automotive technician tools required to perform all services and repairs and which are not inventoried by the Dealership as “Special Service Tools”.
  • Utilize standard operating procedures to perform maintenance services as directed by service management.
  • Return customer’s vehicles as clean as or cleaner than they were prior to servicing.

Requirements

  • Journeyman, 3rd or 4th year apprentices.
  • Out of province certification would be an asset
  • Toyota certification would be an asset
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Own Tools/Equipment
  • Steel-toed work boots/shoes
