At Heninger Toyota, we’re committed to providing the highest level of service and parts to our customers. We want to assure you that our team is continuing to follow the recommendations from provincial and national health authorities. We remain OPEN for business as an essential service, until notified otherwise. We would like to provide you with the following update about the procedures that are changing in response to COVID-19.

NEW Contactless Service Options

Our guest “night drop” box is now accessible all day to check in for your appointment. To use, please park your vehicle in an available stall and fill out a supplied envelope. Please call 403-214-2500 after dropping off to notify our team you’ve done so.

For your convenience, arrangements may be made for us to pick up and service your vehicle from your home or business. Please contact one of our representatives at 403-214-2500 for more details.

NEW Safety Procedures

Your vehicle will be thoroughly disinfected prior to its return to you.

We will be limiting the amount of appointments per hour to ensure proper guest and staff social distancing in our lounge area.

Our payment machines are being disinfected before and after each use. To minimize handling cash, we kindly ask that purchases are made with credit or debit cards when possible. Cash will still be accepted.

All parts and service invoices will be sent electronically whenever possible.

NEW Limited Shuttle Service

For the safety of our guests and staff, we have limited our shuttle service to a maximum of 2 guests per trip.

As we continue to monitor the situation and provide updates, we want all our customers to know that you are very important to us. We are fully committed to being responsive and navigating through this situation with everyone’s safety in mind.
